Taejo Togokahn is a prominent character in the Speed Racer cartoon, first appearing in the episode "The Car Hater."
He is the younger brother of Prince Kabala, and initially presented as an antagonist due to his bitterness and envy towards Speed Racer. Taejo blames Speed for an incident where his brother's racing career was jeopardized.
